I believe that was all swept under the carpet with the new deal struck with DL and TPL. Our BOD does not want any of that info released because it shows how asleep at the wheel they were. Unless of course they weren't asleep at the wheel.... which begs the question why did they "let" the money get divided that way ????

So we will never really get to know why. Furthermore, ( and the BOD was covering their collective ****s, "CYA" ) we would have an impossible task trying to sue them for harming PTSC shareholders. All my opinion of course!

All we can do really is keep moving forward. This trial is doing just that, moving us forward!
