FWIW the '336 was not reexamined 17 times... all of the MMP patents in total under went 17 (tho I personally haven't added them up) reexams... '584, '890, '749, '336, '148...

That's not to say the extensive time the '336 patent spent in reexam hasn't cost PTSC shareholders money.. along with the drawnout litigation 5 yrs (really? wonder how long this would have taken in ETex??) would sure seem to add up to more than tier 3 royalties..

Tho let's just get infringement first..
