Regarding Leckrone's testimony....

While his demeanor,business ethics, and theatrics are suspect..borderline morally reprehensible...am sure he was aggressive in illustrating countless attempts to monetize the 336 MMP to limited success. His dealings with PTSC and Moore,while deplorable, are not what's at issue with this trial. He has significant character issues. Some of these issues may be mitigated by explaining the enormous pressures/frustrations and diminishing shelf life of the patents themselves, requiring him to be more obnoxious than necessary, to obtain any/all license fees. Tieing up the MMP in the PTO for years was a very unsavory act by HTC et al, as well, but good business tactics on their part. I'm sure this point will be driven home time and again by Otteson.

Maybe Carlton Johnson will take the stand as a Character witness for Leckrone !! ..lol....OR possibly Leckrone's mother? Is she still alive?? Will she testify??....lol

Bottom Line: The issue is whether HTC infringes the 336 MMP or not. People issues are side issues peripheral to the main allegation. Am sure Otteson will emphasize: 1) David vs.Goliath - PTSC vs. HTC et,al, 2) Struggling sympathetic Inventor - Moore, benefits to all mankind tied to this breakthrough revolutionary invention with over 100 licenses sold- even for a pittance, which can easily be explained by Market Power Economics.

IF Otteson/Moore can sufficiently explain the 336 MMP technology and whereby HTC infringes in easy to understand language, then the odds are in our favor..Virt
