Bottom Line: The issue is whether HTC infringes the 336 MMP or not. People issues are side issues peripheral to the main allegation

I agree 100% Virt... but HTC's counsel will attempt to cloud the issue with anything they can.. especially if they can portray Leckerone Moore TPL/PTSC as reprehesible clueless people who after suing each other multiple times decided they needed to sue others too...

I really hope Otteson can cut thru HTC's crap and walk the jurors thru the process that clearly shows infringement.. We know they infringe, but it doesn't matter if Otteson can't suficiently connect the dots for the jury..
