I'm loaded up for a move up of course. But if you or anyone knows it's going up and can share that assurance, then I could be interested in picking up a few more shares!

Those attending the trial probably have the best sense of which side is leading, however at this point even the jury doesn't know how they ( as a group ) will vote!

By the way, how many jurors ( out of the 9 ? ) need to vote one way or the other? Is it a majority (5) or two thirds (6) or unamimous (9)?
