The reason I expect Otteson to paint a clear picture that they infringe is his talent to easily communicate with an audience. This was demonstrated beyond a doubt at the SHM. He was easy going, personable and able to clearly outline several key points during his presentation. I am also counting on his past legal experience to be able to counter attack and defend against tactics that HTC's team may try to get away with. Did I mention that he has devoted hours with his team on this project and that he has a financial incentive to succeed? During discussions at the SHM he also expressed his belief that infringement is taking place and he could prove it. His belief led him to come on board with us in this battle. I am glad that he is leading this effort. GLTAL
