If any of you are boxing fans, you may remember the way Mike Tyson reacted when he fought Evander Holyfield.

Tyson was always the bully, and lived off of the intimadation and fear he instilled in his opponents. That is until he fought Holyfield. I can still remember the confused look on Tyson's face when he met Holyfield in the middle of the ring, and there was no fear in Holyfield's eyes. Tyson didn't know what to do, trying every intimidation and power move he could, but was simply out boxed, and was the weaker fighter due to Holyfield having better strength and boxing skills, and eventually getting knocked out.

During their renowned rematch, Tyson got so desperate that he bit Holyfield's ear in the 3rd round.

Let's hope these HTC openining statement "liberties" are signs of desperation and a tacit admission that they can't win on merits, but hope to mislead the jury and intimidate our side. I'd love to see a move so desperate and inflamatory from HTC, that it raises Grewal's ire against HTC, and get him to admonish HTC in front of the jury. While with some of the "streamlining", we appear to allow them to boxing us into a corner, I'm hoping we're pulling a bit of a Rope a Dope in allowing it with the idea that we've got some serious body blows to unleash as we come out of that corner a blazin'.

Interesting times, and what we've all been waiting for. Years of waiting and we're days away from some clarity so we can truly "know what we own". Kick their posterior regions, Mr. O, and don't stop kicking! lol
