Read some comments about what I posted. Not trying to satisfy all the curiosity, especially to speculate on how well the procedding was going (from which direction?) and how the juries react on testimonies. The room is L shaped so most of non-jury attendees cannot see juries during the Q&A. Someone mention 9 juries, I think is the right #. The only time I saw them was at the end when they exited from the room.
At first I was afraid that I should not do this kind of amature reporting, inviting speculation on my motivations. We are all in a long journey of finding/knowing/convincing what we own. I've been a jury before so I have been trying to get informed and thinking about what I'll do if I were one of the juries. That's why I was interested in figuring out those things like dead zone, buffering, fixing in PLL/cpu clocking oringination, especially on power on startup moments. A jury has to be well informed about those in order to deside on this case. This forum is a group effort to dig out/share information. Everyone remember what Wolfpack did for us (now BaNosser and others is doing the same). The story of Mr. Chuck Moore, MMP and PTSC will be a great one no matter we win (great victory) or loss (great tragety).
Finding truth is always a journey of fighting misinformation or people who mislead. Anyone remember a poster named thepatentlawyer? Now is not any different than the past. Facing misinformation, we have to fight back. Mr. O is fighting the misinformation MMP infringers. We need to do the same on this board.
There are a few people sharing Texas J3 trial a few years ago. Anybody else were also here today?
