I think this is a great move. Many of us have watched Carlton Johnson at our PTSC SHAMs and I, for one, cannot consider him a charismatic effect. If Leckrone were next to our attorneys I think he would be a distraction. In a Goldilocks way, Chuck seems "just right". The jury will view him as a genuinely infringed-upon technologist, not as a corporate suit or (sorry, Ron) a greedy lawyer. He will also be able to provide our attorneys with real-time feedback, especially on Russell Fish's testimony.
