My Dear Friends,

All this discussion about the technical merits of our patents, however valid and informative, mean absolutely nothing at this point. Tomorrow, in California, there will be a jury of some fine citizens who will be empaneled and will arbitrate the issues before the court in the matter of HTC vs. TPL et al. The officers of our company, Cliff, Goria, and Johnson have engaged what we all hope is a very accomplished, talented and dedicated legal team that will argue, hopefully, successfully for us the merits of our position vs. HTC. Lets all join together and wish our team well. In their success may we also enjoy great success.
