HTC, before the trial actualy begins, (hopefully it will take place), appears to be desperately throwing the proverbial (excuse my French), (s**t) against the wall to see what sticks. I am grateful to BaN and our tech types for showing that basically most of this is for distraction and in hope the Judge will side with them on certain issues before the trial. Ron, is this many motions and "new evidence" so close to trail normal or is this truly desperate acts to try to confuse?

Nearbeer, after reading your post over the past few days (pls note: I normally skip your post(as many might do to mine), but since your started your recent string of post using my "football analogy" post I have been interested in your comments and I think I have finally figured out who you might be. It is just my opinon but I think that you are either Cliff Flowers, or one of the Leckrones or someone associated with them. That is the only way I can comprehend some of the comments you have made regarding the value of settlements when history including recent history (Acer, Amazon, Kyocera) has shown that a settlement does not more share price and therefore is of no value to the average shareholder. Cliff and the Leckrones are the only parties that have truly benefited by all the settlemetns we have had for the past six years or so. Our other board members have also benefited but they also do own substantial numbers of shares.

How about coming clean to your true idenity? If you publish it here on Agora I will not tell anybody.
