Carlton Johnson is employed by Eric Swartz. Eric Swartz owns lots of PTSC stock. What are the chances Swartz has no influence over CJ's decision-making? The obligatory third person at PDS hasn't been there for years. This was supposed to be a person independent of TPL and PTSC to arbitrate any differences between CJ and Leckrone. Why do you think the position was never filled after the departure of the original incumbent?
