The DG9 is in for Treble Damages, and who knows what else the Judge is going to throw at them....attornies fees for.

On the Settled Cases since Otteson said that they are doing this on a contingency basis, what woudl their fee be? 25-30% is my guess.

I have had cases were my attornies did this on a contingency basis and it was 28% of the take.

Subtract that from the revenues and you will have a clear picture of PTSC and TPL are taking in.

I just hope that TPL does not settle for cheap on future infringers, and that at least 3 of them make it to Jury Trial.
