totally disagree. if you get a jury victory, you do not think that HTC will appeal that decision?

whereas, with a settlement it is done. done. done.

and if the big fish settles, and if HTC is the big fish, the little fish will fall in line. imo.

...of course some on here would like for a HTC appeal; they could then continue to claim the BOD was dragging their feet!! lol.

i want a settlement. and i would not be surprised if there is a settlement after all pre-trial motions are entered, after the jury is in place, and initial jury instructions have been given. everyone is just waiting to see how the lay of the land lays.

i am not Ron, and i am not willing to go double or nothing. i want something. fair and reasonable, but i want something.
