Who is currently running the show? tpl or Mr. Otteson. I would have more confidence if I knew Mr. Otteson made that decision to settle with acer vs going to court. He would be the one to make the decision to lose acer, if he thought it best. Grabbing a few dollars to pay his employees and let them pay their mortgages probably is not that bad. Ready now to fight htc in court. Somebody has to pay these people and it won,t be tpl.

Amazon: Who picked them for the itc. Could it be that they seldom go to court, quick settlement and fight the rest. Who knows. Grab some more loose change.
