As uncertain, success with this stock has been/is, as much time it has taken and as disappointing some of the moves they have made have been. This whole "Leckrone plan" may have been very well thought out? From the early licensees, to establishing a market through the signing of 100 clients, by removing all the reexamination obstacles, by fighting court battles in various districts, by allowing some of the big fish like Apple and the J3 to seemingly get away; to the now targeting HTC, as you point out, themselves serial infringers. Maybe the stars are lining up and there is a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow…
