I concur... With this Judge, this CC, this point in time in the '336/MMP lifespan.. if Leckerone decides to settle and not finally take this [litagators dream/patents on water] technology to it's ultimate determination then it will never happen..

We as shareholders will have lived much more than a decade of our lives waiting for this determination and it will have all been completely in vain.. The only thing that will come from a settlement with HTC now would be a small handfull of people would continue to profit as the shareprice and shareholders flatline...
