Brian, I agree with your statements in bold .... Nick I like the way you think but I am sorry guys and gals this time I cannot be happy.... with the settlement money we recently rec'd before the ITC ruling the company has enough money in the back to keep the doors open and Cliff in bon bons.... Everything from here on out should be NO DISCOUNT and should go to trial unless we sell licenses for what they are really worth and not for early signer discounts.... as feet have been dragged over the last dozen plus years and infringers have been making money off the patents all those years plus any settlement should include damages or at the least legal fees.
