I read this elsewhere, but one of the things that bothered me after reading that the MSJ was denied, was that the HTC trial was to follow directly after the ACER trial. I didn't like the idea that HTC would get to see a dry run of our defense strategy through the ACER trial. No need to be concerned wth that now.

Wonder what the ACER settlement amount is, but according to others, it seems their exposure may have been much less than HTC's so I would assume a much lower settlement.
