Ron... Yes.. I tweaked so the linked docs are working..

Talked briefly to Flowers this AM... I asked him if the ITC ruling would be appealed, he stated he couldn't even comment on anything regarding the ITC, let alone if there will be an Appeal... I was disappointed but said I understood... He does plan on attending the NDoC trial in its entirety (if there is in fact a trial)..
