The last (non SHAM, non SEC filing) voluntary company communication we had addressing our legal efforts was way back in July 2012; or $630,000 ago in cash pay to our 3 BOD members.

It's no wonder more Shareholder's votes were again "Withheld" as a protest against their performance and remaining on the BOD, than voted to elect them to stay on the BOD; by almost a 2:1 margin; for three years in a row.*

Not only that, but Shareholders think so little of this BOD's Leadership skills and business judgement, that Shareholders harshly voted against the BOD's recommendations on issues of Compensation and the frequency of advising the BOD on Compensation; by margins as high as 3:1.

There is no other way to objectively interpret those Proxy results other than Shareholders voting the most shares do not trust them nor want them on the BOD, and would kick all three of them off but for the costs and "Plurity" voting method which protects them; and which shareholder's successfully voted to change to a "Majority" method (at a 3:1 margin), but which the BOD refused to impliment.
