I called Megan and actually got through to her on the first attempt !

I asked her if its ok to state my opinion about a case that seems to have an unfair judgement involving TPL, she said she is familiar with the case, and she listened. I said, ok, well I have been paying attention to the companies like AMD an Intel and over 100 major tech companies which have agreed to a license of the MMP over a long period of time, like a decade. It just seems that these world leading companies would not pay any attention to Patriot, or consider and agree to a license if there was nothing there. But the judge in this case simply seems to be saying, no infringement. No way, how can that be fair ? I finished the call by saying, thanks for listening to me, I just wanted to state my opinion.
If there is some more formal way to submit an opinion to the ITC, will somebody please educate us all? We should all be patriots.
