Though I'm not Ron I can answer your questions:

1. "motion" missing = yes

2. Derogatory motion = TPL's motion = yes

3. The Chandrakasan book = HTC's motion = yes

4. The HTC size motion = the answer to TPL's motion regarding evidence = no

If you read the headline of the fourth motion of HTC it says HTC wants to EXCLUDE evidence of market size etc.
In the copy it says that TPL's motion regarding evidence...etc is granted.
TPL wanted it, HTC opposed it and the Judge grants TPL's motion.
So IMO it should be put under TPL's motions or change the language and saying HTC's motion is DENIED.
