Moxa, Mr O talked about his track record at the SHM......He is not used to losing, and i bet that he is really pissed, and its my belief that he will not stand for small settlements to keep the lights on....

If we are lucky enough to go to trail, it will be his chance to get even........To right a wrong.....

I do not know how long we have to file an appeal, but if we win one of the two trails, it would be foolish to not appeal.....

Thinking about it, i am glad that we are having 2 trails........Winning one validates the MMP and keeps the dream alive.....
