That being said, what's your realistic expectation that our side will in reality push the envelope all the way to a final litigated jury verdict? I certainly hope we do, but based on history, I am very cynically pessimistic that it will occur. Doing puts at risk the ability of our BOD and TPL to continue to get their sure piece of the pie through more of the same, versus the putting their chips all in and facing an ultimate defeat if indeed we didn't prevail.
