You are right that is the SJ is denied then Leckrone will want to reach a settlement as I have repeated to often he has so stated at a shm that he does not believe in trials but only in settlements.

Where has that gottent the average (99%) of shareholders? Absolutely nowhere. Where has that gotten our Board of Directors and the Leckrones..... Millions of dollars in compensation.

I suggest that we need to reach a very public (trial) conclusion to the issue of patent infringement. In this way a win on the patents will certainly be good for our Bod and leckrones but more importantly it will be a Real positve for that average shareholder.

I can only be hope that Otterson is strong enough a litigator to go into open court and argeu against the Corp giants who will have their high powered law firms our very real and storng case. Keep in mind that when Garmin brought in the intimidation factor of the DC powered law firm they were imo just attempting to let the Judge at the ITC know where their power brokers stood. In a trial though the jury might be impressed if there are two dozen lawyers at the defendants table that probably would not sway the jury other then to prove our point on who are the bullies in this case.

So though history tells us that a denied SJ would lead to a settlement as you state I pray that calls to our BOD by shareholders and other direct correspondence tells them to put pressure on the Leckys that no settlement out of court unless..... We get substantial monetary sums, substantial damages, legal fees and just as importantly there is no Non Disclosure form signed. If they agree to another non disclosure agreement when we are on the court house steps then those who are still in doubt about the true purposes of the ptsc bod and the leckrones should have no further doubt.

It will prove that ptsc owned mostly by shareholders is actually a piggy bank and retirement annutiy for the three amigos.
