I don`t keep up with that stuff so can`t really say. My own personal opinion is that it could have been held up because they had to research what disclosures they were required to make on the new deals (Intel, LLC, etc). At any rate I wouldn`t read anything into it. Delays are more often caused by the understaffing of accounting firms, rather than a conscious effort to manipulate things as some here suggest.
