I think the BOD's hands/mouths are tied. NDA's and other assorted lip sealing contacts perpetrated by you know who and signed by present and past BOD members.

I don't think anyone on this forum is privy to inside agreements and in fact what and how much work is intailed by PTSC management.

We as shareholders can only judge by results and results so far have have been dismal to say the least. I give those results a D- as close to an F as one could get.

I can't blame us shareholders for being upset. Who else to blame you ask? Beside the BOD? I'll tell ya. The buck stops at their doorstep....
