Secondly, does anyone know if the jury will hear about the ITC? I think I read in the pre-trial objections that TPL argued they did not want any ITC information being presented as evidence, or allowing the jury to even hear about the ITC. I don't think Judge Grewal has ruled on that yet. Obviously, the summary judgement needs to be decided.
