"A question for the board: The decision was made public in the morning EST? Or even by 12PM EST? If the decision was public during trading hours, why didn't the SP tank? It still might on Monday. Always when there was dissappointing news for PTSC released during the day the SP would move down before anyone on this forum was aware of it. If the info was public after the day's close so be it. Technically, the Decision may have been available for public viewing this morning as you say. IMO, the Decision was readily available, but obscure. You had to know where to look and/or simply type in the right phrase in Google. Now, Mr. Steeler (Ugh!), mentioned he just happen to Google the Case number and the Decison popped right up. IF, IF one was looking for this Decision in the right place, one could have made some easy $$$...I suspect investors were so fixated on believing, logically, the Decision would First be located on the ITC website. Wrong...Government inefficiency in full display...The data had not migrated over to the website quickly. Even fooled the Market Makers, too.
I sincerely hope PTSC issues an upbeat PR, difficult as it will be, convincing investors things are not as bleak as first appears today.....Believability will be a serious challenge. Virt
