TPL/PDS pressed this action to, "CONVINCE" the respondents to settle.

It didn't go our way.."BUT",, this is NOT the end of the story...

We can't expect the ELITE to ..'Do the RIGHT thing.

If we have a .."JURY of OUR PEERS" deciding our case,,,

We will have a better than even chance..
