I 'm not sure if I'm conveying this correctly or not, but Dr. Wolfe continually talked about variables in all of the components and my understanding is that is exactly what the ring oscillator in our patent does, is make adjustments to all the variables to reach optimum operating speed. Corrections welcome. He does claim these adjustments are insignificant in many cases. However, our patent claims don't say the varying together adjustments have to be significant, just present.
