The MMP is an important patent that just about every major company infringes. IMO, there is a lot of political and corporate pressure for the Judge to decide with "corporate america"....which sadly runs the country. PUBBAT was the lobby arm of big business and politics and they were heavily involved in trying to nullify the patent. PUBBAT was not successful but the MMP has been under constant attack...

I am very surprised that the volume has been so tepid.
