Well, I'd have to disagree with that statement. IMO, TPL would only be liable for 3.5% of the 5 million because TPL is no longer the licensor. That is the way I read the judge's decision.

I would have put this a bit further down on the worry list. There is already plenty to worry about that is more important, no?
