I'd argue that the new ComAg had Alliacense getting that piece since they're now contracted with PDS, and TPL was removed; and since TPL is no longer the exculsive (Master) Licensing agent, and PDS it'self is.

As for Agility, I've thought quite a bit about them, and the Contingency formula for Agility is less clear for me..

Certainly they are due their 1/3(?)% from these cases they currently represent through trial or whatever the litigation representation level arragement is, but I think it's entirely possible that due to the pivotal nature of these cases (certainly HTC), as imo they are bridge builders to ARM's liability, and it's quite possible to me, that Agility may have leveraged themselves into some % recovery formula of all MMP licenses for some specific period of time, or based on certain specific targets; regardless of the breath or dearth of such related potential litigation.
