Ease, no way can you out opps me as you have given much to this forum and thanks Brian for posting your valued (imo) information again today. Lamb and many others on the Board today good job now all we need is to hear from Ron and we will be set information wise.

A few comments from me and as my eyes are fading I will not write the book I had on my list to do today.

Mostly fact... Most companies and institutions wait until Fridays to present bad news. If it is really bad news a "holiday" Friday is preferable. Good news is presented usually early in the week to let investors digest and stock up on the stock. So for those hoping for news today or next Friday though I may be wrong I hope they wait until the start of the week.

Fact, if Leckrone has his way we will settle and not go to trial especially if he can impose/package a few TPL patent licenses into Our settlements> I think this has been one of his methods of boing business on our behalf (???) in the past, He has publicly stated many times that he prefers to settle and hates to go to court. It is my belief that by settling out of court on our MMP claims he has increased the number of TPL product/patent licenses he has sold and if we had gone to trial many many years ago which many of us wanted to do it is highly likely that our license fees would have increased and TPL's patent licenses sold to date would be far fewer. Once again this is just my opinon and I have no proof to back up this commentary.

Opinion, Agility, ie Mr. O imo takes his cue from the Leckrones as does our Board. Actually this is mostly fact based on comments at last shm and at past shm's. I will repeat/paraphrase a statement made by Leckrone a number of yeas ago when he stated without ambiguity that our Board needed to be earning signifianty more then they were at the time and I have no doubt he is still acts in an advisory role to the board of PTSC in that as well as in other matters (imo).

Opinion and Logic related to how BK's work...., Leckrone is more then likely under pressure from his creditors committee to bring in as much cash as soon as possible. We have it on record Leckrone does not like trials and BK creditors for the most part look at a bird in the hand (settlements) rather then two in the bush (the chances of a successful trial that if lost would be a real loss of assets to allocate to BK creditors) and I think one can make a strong argument that we will see a settlement if Leckrone can convince the Judge to do so as our Board will go along with him and I believe as stated that the creditors will look favorably on a settlement. In my opinion and I think it is logical to state that most of the creditors to the BK of TPL could care less about how much PTSC makes or what is in the best interest of the sharholders of Patriot. They are only concerned with getting as much of the money owed to them by TPL as they can and if it means that TPL gets the shaft in the mean time then so be it.

My opinion ..... I believe that the only person(s) looking out for the shareholders of Patriot regarding what is best for us are the two Judges, the Honorable's Grewal and Gildea. I realize that the ITC does not grant monetary awards but the Judge's can and hopefully will take into account what is in the best interest of the shareholders of PTSC and make sure we have some representation. I know that in reality most of the companies we are suing are publicly held companies and therefore have shareholders but in our case if we have a legitmate case for infringement then I hope and pray that the ITC and NDC Judges will see to it that we the little guy has a seat at the table. It could be argued that it is not thier job to watch out for the little guy but I believe that they know that TPL is desperate to get their hands on cash as soon as possible and if it means stepping on the shareholders of PTSC I hope the Judges will come ot our assistance.
