I just read the file and it is written by HTC's expert on IP royalty rates. I would expect them to present a thorough explanation as to how they arrived at their 10 million number. I would also expect it to be presented as to minimize the exposure to HTC if they lose. That being said, a semi-oops! Lol. As the individual agreements were redacted. Lambert's would've been pleased.
