Question regarding MMP Ownership

Within the license agreement for Kyocera there was this signed by Charles Moore:

5. I, together with the Licensor and the other Releasors, are the sole and exclusive owners of all right, title and interest in anto the Licensed Patents.

Was this basically the same language used in the Master Agreement. Do PTSC and TPL still jointly own the MMP patent portfolio or has that changed?

FYI pursuant to the license agreement the Licensor is PDS and the Releasors- collectively are PDS, TPL and PTSC
