From what has been posted so far ..... there is no reason to believe that there has been any settlement for anyt substantial dollar amount with Kyocera. Therefore the reason for no increase in the companies market cap, and someone somehow this week started a push that attmepted to pump ......

Wish it was so who knows maybe someday it will be
