One way is a hostile takeover. That would would have to be at a signically higher share price to get the shareholders to agree. Not gonna happen.

Another way is to buy in the open market. The minute they start to buy the share price would start to rise unless they could accumulate over years. Not gonna happen.

Buy the MMP portfolio outright, PTSC/TPL/shareholders all have to agree. Could happen? I'd take a buck or more. Even 50 cents + wouldn't be all that bad? It would take over 500M probably more like a Billion at least, don't forget TPL/CM are still in the picture.

I'm getting dizzy thinking about it. Yikes!
