I am afraid I have produced a long post and if you should happen to read it I thank you if not I will understand but know I have made it a point over the past number of years to limit by participation on this Board due to personal reasons which as a by product has kept my sometimes off wall opinions from causing any of you undue grief or high blood pressure.

At this moment in time it is my opinion that the only human's that are involved with seeing that the Correct, Right, Fair and Honorable outcome of what I believe and always have believed is infringement on our patents, is the ALJ at the ITC, (whose staff may be looking toward jobs in the private sector and thus the reason for their report).

I believe it is unfair (I am older then most of you so please I know that life is not always fair), not to take all information on such an important case. That leaving out important information due to a human filing date error on the part of one of the attorneys (ours), should be a main factor in the outcome of what 17 re exams by non biased PTO staff saw as solid actionable patents. This may be the reason the staff wrote their report as they did).

I also believe that the other person(s) of hope for for a finding for we the People (shareholders of PTSC), would be a Correct, Right, Fair and Honorable outcome toward a finding of outright theft (i.e. infringement) at the NDOC and by the Presiding Judge of our case there, later next month.

It is in the Hallowed halls of Lady Justice we hopefully will be able to find true JUSTICE for shareholders who believed in our patents and for the inventors whose intelligence put two and two together and came up with a device that has revolutionized the world we live in It is a shame and I believe a crime their contribution to the world has been held hostage by what I believe are corporate thief's.

It is with strong conviction I make this statement because the proof as they say is in the fact that not one of these "infringing" companies have filed for a patent on the Moore and Fish inventions. Not one of the hundreds of Global companies that have made use of the work of their minds have acknowledged in any way their contribution to the viability of what they have and are building. How can that be unless they realize that a USPTO search is they ever did file for a patent would come up with the fact that a patent(s) had been filed correctly and long before they took pen in hand to do so.

So, it is here to the Courts of Law and Justice (and hopefully righteousness), that we should have come many years ago, However imo the actions of one individual (see below) who did not and does not believe in court verdicts held us off that track and may still be at the reins of this action. If not for this mans uneven influence on our Board we by now would really imo, Know what we Have.

For what it is worth, I believe that my statements of a , "Correct, Right, Fair and Honorable", outcome is based on well over a decade of my own DD, and that of many others involved with PTSC whom I have previously named but will not do so here so I do not leave any worthy contributor out. Other then to say without the Real assistance from these individuals I would know close to nothing which some might say is where I am at now. I will give one name for those looking for a chronological listing of important DD dates and all and that would be post by one of the Tucci brothers, (thanks again).

However, though I am still long after more years then most (though I lightened up many years ago though), state the following......

Papa Leckrone is on record at a PTSC SHM that he is pro settlement and does not believe in going to court.

Papa Leckrone is on record at a PTSC SHM as saying it was he who insisted on the Board having their compensation increased significantly to the point that even in the past fiscal year Cliff not only was over paid for doing nothing (much) but was given a bonus for doing (or not doing) it.

It is on record that Mr. O at the recent PTSC SHM came on board in our fight against infringers after having a very good working relationship with Papa Leckrone and with TPL. It was with Papa Leckrone's recommendation that Mr. O. was able to obtain this contract of which we still do not know what his percentage is and whether his firm pays a finders fee to anybody outside his firm which I believe is a legitimate question and in a "transparent world we would know these answers.

I have not heard nor do I expect to hear though maybe I missed it that Mr. O and his firm A. agreed to a lesser % of compensation for having missed the filing deadline at the ITC for some very important information that may be the cause of why we do not get all we should at the ITC. That is of course if it really was their error for the failure to file in time as it may for all we know be information they were given at to late a date to file on time.

Where did the figure of a settlement of $200 million with Kyocera come from? IMO if that is a real figure even counting in a % to Mr. O and the split between tpl and PTSC would I be incorrect that just on plain speculation alone that our share price should be significantly higher then it is at the close today? Also, though it may be once again because of a NDA we cannot read the real terms of a settlement this IMO laughable group of a Corp Board by now should have learned of a method to put out p.r's with a positive spin to enhance share price.

There are so many more questions and multiple answers of which I will not go into or speculate on as I have done more speculation and "imo's) in this long post then I have for quite a while.

I respect a good number of posters on this board (I will not name those posters who do deserve imo because I am bound to miss a name or two or three and I would not want to slight anybody by my error of omission. I do feel bound to admit that there are many posters whose post I do not read when I see their names, handles. I skip over their post for various reasons as I am sure many do mine ..... It is to all of you well meaning people that I wish a Good and Healthy Life with Health and Happiness and yes a peace and Knowledge of the Lord. And, no matter what the outcome for PTSC may be. In the whole course of what is going on in the World and our Country today we should all realize what is happening to PTSC and will be happening in the not to distant future (we all hope), our little company is really inconsequential in the course of human events (I realize many of you many not find the outcome inconsequential and to you I mean no disrespect).

Finally I want to say thank you to all of you who have helped me over the years and I pray that God Blesses all of you and your families and with luck I also pray that I will never again submit either a post this long again or any post of any size.
