TPL is still in business, still licensing other patents.

He still controls ownership of 1/2 the MMP

He got PDS to pay Moore, instead of just himself.

He removed the Moore MMP ownership question completely.

He suffered no financial or legal price for committing claimed prior bad acts to PTSC under the original Operating Agreement.

He secured additional MMP revenue and strategic leverage through Alliasense's contract with PDS.

He prevailed on the Brown "Alter Ego" effort, so it's TPL that owes Brown, not Leckrone.

He likely pulled many 10s of millions of dollars out of TPL well in advance of the Chap 11 BK filing. Didn't TPL take in at least $180,000,000 from the MMP alone ?

He and his kids are the largest Creditors of TPL to the tune of 10s of million$, and so they carry weight in the creditors committee and with the Court/Trustee.

His debts, including Brown's $10M judgement, can go poof, if creditors are not accomodating, and/or he decides to change the Chap 11 Filing to a 7 Liquidation filing.

He lost his Girlfriend ? Wasn't this the one living in Europe ? Do you really think he cares that much, there are tons of incredible women looking for a man with untold millions; especially when it's obvious the man doesn't exactly look like Cary Grant. lol

He didn't look good at the SHAM ? It would be a mistake to place much value on your perception of his deteriorating physical appearance at that time. Wasn't that during the SHAM and heavy legal action with Brown ? I think that perception probably served him very well during that period.

I saw DL just 2 weeks ago ... he had good color, looked in good spirits, fit, and stood as strong and as straight as an elm tree.

** I too subscribe to laws of metaphysical balance in the universe, as well as physical manifestations brought about by one's mental attentions, but right here and right now.. in my opinion, DL still has the upper hand and is still sitting in the cat bird's seat.
