post this frankly, more often. I like it. One major problem is that there are not enough retail shareholders with enough shares to have any clout,as evidenced by prior proxy voting. So it was nice to hear that Pohl was going to include a shareholder rep in the adv. board. I do wonder if it is an attempt to bring you into the fold,pay alittle positive lip service to the shareholders , or if he is genuinely concerned for retail shareholders. So far, his inactions and inabilitiy to meet dedlines is disturbing. I, like many here, will put my trust in you to let us know your thoughts on their agenda and tone. joe
