With the recent banning of two rather contentious posters I would hope that we may return to a more civil discourse of issues regarding PTSC and related issues. In my mind I think there really isn't anything worth discussing until the ITC makes its ruling. Even then we still have the case before the NDOC. It is really simple, it is up to the lawyers to make our case and no amount of discussion on this board by the ill-informed and pompous know-it-alls is going to effect the outcome. Of course, there will continue to be those who choose to speculate, if not ponticate, on the issue before the court but, seriously, does any of it matters other than what takes place in the court proceedings?

We are three weeks away from an Initial Determintation in the ITC. There is also the NDOC but I am not sure what the time line is on that.

Chill out and just wait for the chips to fall.
