Exactly! If you eliminate any external crystal clock, if you eliminate any control signals, if you eliminate any clock generator, do the oscillators of the accused products generate a clock signal?

That is the question. If the PLL is driven by a ring oscillator, one might believe the answer to that question is yes. If that is not what Dr Oklobdzija is suggesting in that initial report, then what is he suggesting that provided the material issue ?????
