I must have forgotten, maybe someone can help me: Is it the patents which are central to the decisions of the ITC and NDOC or is it the PTSC BoD yet? ::::::::::::: As far as ITC goes, it sadly could be "none of the above". If the Presidential Review decides, for political reasons (one of the permissible criteria, I believe), to prevent any penalties should we prevail, then patents and their infringement become immaterial and parties will have lost $ millions. For reference, the PTSC BOD members appear to be self-centered but could be considered central to any legal action in that their acts and omissions could influence the outcomes.
