I'm not an expert in the field, so I would not even attempt to explain what I think. What I am willing to say is public knowledge.

Contained in one of the filings is the fact that we wanted TI to testify about the operation of OMAP and the Audio Codec. I mentioned this previously, and no one was interested.

Contained in our trial exhibits is the USB 3.0 Specification. The USB 3.0 specification covers high speed asynchronous communication.

You seem fixated on how microprocessors typically operate and missing totally what they are capable of simply by invoking a certain instruction set.

And imo, capability = infringemnt.
