From the judgemnt issued by the court I quote:

"IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said Plaintiffs and Cross-Defendants Chest A. Brown, Jr. and Marcie Brown have and recover from Defendant and Cross-Compliant Technology Propeties Limited LLC the sum of $8,887,732.00,with interest from thereon at he rate of ...... etc,etc,etc"

I do not see any reference to PTSC. Is there some sort of side agreement or contract that exists between PTSC and TPL that requires PTSC to be party to such an agreement?

Also, I must say, and this will no doubt bring much rancor towards me, but I find the rare comments from Biajj that are treated like the word from Moses absolutely ridiculous. I know he has a God-like following but isn't it obvious he is bitter and angry? I do not find his comments neither credible nor noteworthy. When challenged as I asked him a question some time ago he refuses to answer and retreats to the altar of his ego. At least Ron has the decency and courage to answer his critics and gives a very good account of himself.
