I don't think Otteson and the whole Agility law firm would take this case on a contingency basis if it was close as you say. I trust that they have much more expertise then what you have. What are your credentials anyhow? Are you an EE or a patent attorney?

In fact you copy and paste a lot of information that I doubt that you even come close to understanding to begin with.
