I too am having difficulty with copying some of the ITC files. For those who are interested in viewing them, I suggest they register with the ITC for viewing priviliges. It doesn't cost anything but a few minutes of time. Just an FYI, the letter from Alliacense to Acer is dated 2005. This was probably a standard type of letter sent to a company who allegedly infringed on the patents.
